Responsable Prestataire Logistique

Responsibilities

• Represent the company on-site at a 3PL provider to ensure operational excellence and seamless coordination of logistics flows.
• Monitor daily logistics operations including receiving, storage, picking, shipping, copacking, and transport coordination.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements, defined procedures, and operational standards.
• Centralize and resolve operational incidents, qualifying their impact and ensuring full traceability.
• Act as the primary interface between the 3PL site and internal departments such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, Finance, and Sales.
• Manage and analyze logistics KPIs, including service rates, OTIF, lead times, and quality metrics.
• Propose corrective and preventive actions to address recurring dysfunctions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, 3PL environments, or demanding industrial/distribution settings.
• Strong command of logistics fundamentals: receiving, storage, order preparation, and transport management.
• Proficiency in using WMS, TMS, and ERP tools.
• Ability to perform operational data analysis and monitor KPIs effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, make decisive actions, and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to challenge providers while maintaining a constructive and professional relationship.
