Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 23 managers, technical referents, and an expertise/client relations manager for protection management activities
• Supervise a medical advisor unit
• Contribute to the satisfaction of policyholders, clients, and partners (brokers and risk carriers)
• Consolidate a culture of service quality and risk management to ensure regulatory and service commitments are met
• Lead and animate the team to drive efficient management activities

Requirements

• Bac+4 degree in insurance or management
• Mandatory professional managerial experience in a protection (prévoyance) department
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Rigor and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and team spirit
