Responsibilities

• Lead the global materials strategy in alignment with the House's objectives, ensuring technical, quality, and sourcing consistency.
• Oversee the development of new materials for collections, collaborating closely with design and collection teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• Drive the materials quality strategy across all components, including leather, textiles, reinforcements, metal parts, and packaging.
• Supervise procurement strategies and manage relationships with strategic international suppliers to secure supply chains.
• Manage and animate a multidisciplinary international team of 26 members located in Paris and Spain.
• Monitor performance KPIs related to quality, costs, lead times, and development.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent higher education.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in materials management (leather, textiles, metal, packaging) within a luxury house or premium supplier.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary and multi-site teams of 25+ employees.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, supplier negotiation, and managing international supplier bases (specifically in Italy and Spain).
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this multicultural role.
• Ability to travel regularly to Spain and Italy.
