Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team of 5 to 10 people (HVAC, plumbing, special fluids, medical fluids).
• Support team development through coaching, training, and annual performance reviews.
• Oversee technical design studies, including thermal balances, calculation notes, and installation dimensioning.
• Draft technical documentation such as CCTP and technical notes.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers from the design phase (APS) to the tender phase (DCE).
• Analyze contractor bids and ensure the technical approval of execution studies.
• Provide technical oversight during construction phases to ensure compliance and follow works through to completion.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master 2 in climate engineering (génie climatique).
• 10 years of experience in project management (design and site supervision for HVAC/plumbing lots).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in building thermal engineering, sanitary plumbing, special fluids, and BMS (GTB).
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication, rigor, and professional ethics.
