Responsable Planning Serie

Responsibilities

• Optimize the alignment between demand (firm and forecast) and manufacturing/procurement resources to secure QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.
• Elaborate and analyze demand forecasts, ensuring data consistency in GSI and KINAXIS.
• Lead industrial planning through S&OP and SIOP processes, performing load/capacity analyses (Man/Machine) to identify bottlenecks.
• Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on a 3M approach (Material, Man, Machine).
• Monitor daily production progress, analyze root causes for delays using the 5P method, and implement corrective action plans.
• Manage and update ERP and planning tool data (KINAXIS) to reflect real-time changes and resource availability.
• Coordinate with industrial, HR, and project teams to manage resource allocation and mitigate risks impacting delivery deadlines.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• Proven proficiency in industrial planning tools (experience with KINAXIS is a plus).
• Mastery of SAP.
• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with the ability to manage transversal teams.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
