Responsable Planification

Responsibilities

• Manage and recruit a planning team, including coordinators and planners, to ensure optimal resource allocation
• Organize daily work, assign missions, and foster a motivating work environment through regular team meetings
• Pilot team KPIs and implement efficiency plans to improve service quality and operational performance
• Coordinate with regional agencies to evaluate and adjust charge/capacity needs and document geographic specificities
• Ensure the mastery and effective use of information systems, including planning tools and ERPs
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying best practices and proposing solutions to operational challenges
• Support team skill development through regular evaluations, feedback, and quality monitoring

Requirements

• Higher education degree or equivalent professional experience in logistics or similar functions
• Proven experience in management and leading teams to achieve objectives
• Strong ability to pilot performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data
• Proficiency with IT tools and information systems
• Experience in logistics or the coordination of healthcare interventions
• Knowledge of home healthcare constraints and professional requirements
