About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Partner Performance unit by prioritizing high-impact actions and facilitating key operational rituals and performance reviews.
  • Manage the balance of Quality, Cost, and Lead Time for the flexible bracelet ecosystem.
  • Define and optimize purchasing strategies for products and materials (leather), including negotiating conditions and managing tenders.
  • Monitor the financial performance of the portfolio and collaborate with the Finance department on budget development and tracking.
  • Drive internal relationships with the development department to execute leather roadmaps and coordinate new material launches.
  • Ensure partner compliance with traceability and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in purchasing or logistics, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker or Data Studio.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in project management or continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Management, Green Belt).
  • A strong interest in the leather industry.
