Responsibilities

• Elaborate and drive the negotiation strategy for services with suppliers with an ROI-focused vision.
• Map opportunities and target key brands with high potential.
• Lead annual negotiations directly with brand commercial directors.
• Contractualize innovative financial models such as co-financing and revenue sharing.
• Build data-driven arguments and rigorous financial models demonstrating ROI for brands.
• Collaborate with Offer Designers to create packaged service offers.
• Monitor key KPIs including satisfaction, quality (NPS, post-installation failure rates), and sales volumes.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Key Account Manager or Commercial Director, ideally within a major equipment manufacturer or appliance distributor.
• Mastery of financial structures and commercial mechanisms (activation budgets, back margins, warranty costs, co-marketing).
• Experience conducting negotiations in an international environment.
• Fluent English (minimum C1 level).
• Strong leadership, charisma, and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and lead stakeholder working groups.
