Responsibilities

• Provide commercial animation to national and/or regional partner networks for the sale of retirement savings and tax incentive products based on new rental real estate
• Develop the partner portfolio including banking/institutional prescribers, Wealth Management Advisors, and marketing platforms
• Source new partners through various channels

Requirements

• University degree (BAC +3/5), Business School, or specialized school (ICH, ESPI)
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial functions
• Knowledge of the real estate sector is an asset
• Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and ability to build consensus
• Legal and tax skills regarding real estate operations
