Responsibilities

• Create accurate production schedules to balance inventory, costs, and customer service levels
• Drive continuous improvement in scheduling procedures and planning processes
• Act as the primary contact for manufacturing leadership, commercial teams, and external vendors
• Manage inventory to meet KPI targets and support IBP preparation
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure production compliance with demand
• Provide direction to planners and vendor schedulers regarding new product introductions and capacity constraints
• Maintain data integrity within SAP to ensure valid system recommendations

Requirements

• Proven experience in production and material planning, demand planning, or inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration and relationship management abilities
