Responsable Opérationnel Robinetterie

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage valve (robinetterie) interventions on-site, ensuring compliance with contractual and internal requirements.
• Act as the primary site contact for the client, serving as the interface between the agency and the site.
• Guarantee the achievement of Safety, Quality, Deadline, and Cost objectives for all assigned interventions.
• Prepare interventions by verifying the adequacy of available documents and materials while accounting for specific site risks.
• Direct and organize team activities in accordance with internal procedures and client requirements.
• Implement necessary actions to respect rules regarding quality, hygiene, safety, radiation protection, and the environment.
• Provide required deliverables, including reporting, tracking files, and end-of-intervention reports.

Requirements

• Bac +3/4 degree and/or confirmed professional experience in valve technology (robinetterie).
• Strong technical knowledge of valve systems and the nuclear industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and animate teams in an operational environment.
• High level of organizational skills, rigor, and logical thinking.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work within a team.
• Ability to maintain perspective and analyze complex situations.
