Responsable Operaciones Local

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and manage local delegation operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Guarantee service quality for patients by coordinating with all local stakeholders.
• Coordinate home delivery routes, consultations (Puntos Inspira), and telephone reviews.
• Manage stocks, warehouses, and the local vehicle fleet.
• Assist in coordinating administrative activities in support of the Regional Operations Manager or Delegation Director.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials for patient care.
• Monitor and manage reports and KPIs.
• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with safety standards and work procedures.

Requirements

• University degree or Higher Vocational Training (FP grado superior).
• Proven experience managing teams of 5 or more people.
• Strong leadership skills and commitment to internal and external customers.
• High adaptability to change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with Lean methodologies.
