Responsibilities

• Drive the development strategy for the correspondent network, including general practitioners, specialists, clinics, and nursing homes (EHPAD).
• Supervise and animate field teams, including pole managers and development officers.
• Define visit plans and commercial priorities based on geographic zones.
• Implement and monitor partnership agreements with healthcare establishments.
• Analyze CRM data and produce commercial performance reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development within the healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-site teams and drive transverse collaboration.
• Deep understanding of the medical landscape and prescription circuits.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and a rigorous approach to activity management.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
