Responsable Mercado Masivo/Gestor de Canales

Responsibilities

• Lead the achievement of sales objectives and portfolio growth through a network of collaborators.
• Manage, energize, and build loyalty within face-to-face sales channels in the Albacete province.
• Identify new business opportunities and recruit new commercial partners.
• Monitor sales quality and ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Implement new products, commercial campaigns, and development actions.
• Represent the company before local administrations, OMICs, and local associations.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or a similar field.
• Proven commercial experience in sales channel management, commercial networks, or retail.
• Experience coordinating external teams or collaborators.
• Knowledge of the electricity or energy market.
• Proficiency in IT tools.
• Residency in Albacete or availability to relocate to the area.
• Availability for a field-based role with high physical presence in the territory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sectors such as utilities, telecommunications, banking, or insurance.
• Ability to interact effectively with institutional bodies and local associations.
