Vélotour, Pop In The City, and a third upcoming event constitute a group of historical players in mass-market sporting events in France. With over 20 years of combined existence, their ambition is to offer immersive experiences that allow people to rediscover territories through strong, accessible, and unifying event formats.

Responsibilities

  • Define the marketing and communication strategy for each event to meet attendance objectives
  • Negotiate and manage media partnerships to maximize visibility
  • Manage the PR agency, including briefing, monitoring deliverables, and press coverage reporting
  • Coordinate marketing and institutional relations with host cities
  • Manage CRM strategy, including newsletters, segmentation, and automation
  • Manage and evolve the website to drive conversion and brand awareness
  • Supervise graphic creations and creative briefs for designers and external providers
  • Configure and coordinate ticketing for each event
  • Implement pricing strategies (tiers, early birds, promotions)
  • Monitor sales and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Manage partnership servicing, including visibility, deliverables, and reports
  • Support the sales manager with marketing dimensions and sponsor activation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or communication, ideally in events, sports, entertainment, or tourism
  • Experience as a manager or team leader
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and content management platforms
  • Strong writing skills and ability to represent brand voices
  • Creative mindset with a keen sense of imagery and editorial consistency
  • Highly organized and results-oriented
  • Advanced mastery of campaign reporting and data analysis (Google Sheets, Pivot Tables, etc.)
