About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 30 people, including internal staff and external subcontractors.
  • Drive the industrialization and ramp-up processes for the F10X and H175 programs.
  • Report progress on industrialization activities to program managers, clients, and site leadership.
  • Propose and implement a portfolio of continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure all deployments meet Quality, Cost, and Schedule objectives.
  • Manage key technical issues and production anomalies during the ramp-up phase.
  • Optimize production processes and coach the team to ensure continuous skill development.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Design or an equivalent engineering field.
  • 5 to 10 years of industrial experience.
  • Proven experience in team management.
  • Proficiency in CATIA and SAP.
  • Strong knowledge of Kaizen methodology and continuous improvement processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
