Responsable Maintenance Parc Matériel

Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize the maintenance plan for the large-scale equipment fleet
• Monitor interventions and track maintenance activities using CMMS (GMAO) tools
• Improve preventive and corrective maintenance processes
• Lead and challenge mechanical teams regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
• Provide technical support and assist in resolving complex technical issues
• Evaluate equipment to recommend replacements or refurbishments and contribute to investment decisions
• Ensure the safety, compliance, and reliability of all equipment

Requirements

• Degree in mechanics, engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience, including solid expertise in heavy equipment maintenance
• Proven leadership, analytical skills, and project management capabilities
• Proficiency with CMMS (GMAO) and Microsoft Office software
• Bilingualism in French and English (mandatory for interacting with Ontario teams and international partners)
• Ability to travel frequently to various business locations (Quebec, Ontario, USA)
• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada
