About the Company

Espace et Vie is a group of 33 service residences for seniors, located in Pays de la Loire, Brittany, Nouvelle Aquitaine, and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The group is founded on values of trust, simplicity, proximity, and professionalism, aiming to support the elderly with a family spirit.

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate maintenance and after-sales service (SAV) to ensure tools are in good working order
• Identify needs and monitor service providers
• Validate co-ownership budgets with Syndics
• Propose improvements for private spaces
• Monitor energy consumption
• Manage damage/disputes (DO) in coordination with syndics
• Use indicators, dashboards, and reporting tools to transmit activity data to the Real Estate Director
• Implement a 3-year rolling improvement plan
• Ensure compliance with the functional specifications of the residences

Requirements

• Minimum Bac +3 degree
• At least 5 years of experience in managing residential parks with services (Senior, Student, Business, or Tourist residences)
• Strong technical knowledge of building equipment and construction
• Valid Driver's License (Permis B) is mandatory
• Ability to travel regularly every week across the assigned territory
• Strong interpersonal skills, priority management, and analytical capabilities
