Responsable Ingénierie Projet

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete development cycle of Integrated Control Center (ICC) systems, from planning to implementation.
• Manage project risks and ensure commitments regarding Quality, Cost, Delay, and Performance (QCDP).
• Develop and optimize ICC system architecture and evaluate technical design trade-offs.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 collaborators.
• Define and coordinate technical interfaces between ICC systems and other internal or external systems.
• Act as a technical interface for clients and transport operators.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in electronics, automation, or industrial computing.
• Solid experience in project management and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of railway supervision systems (Automatic Train Supervision, SCADA, Control Centers).
• Familiarity with railway industry standards and specifications.
• Proficiency in managing technical interfaces and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent English with the ability to interact effectively in an international context.
• Willingness and availability to travel internationally.
