Responsable Industrialisation Projet

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering, process, and manufacturing activities while respecting strict deadlines and budgets
• Define logistics strategies in collaboration with the Project Supply Chain Manager
• Coordinate efforts between team members, consultants, and third parties to ensure project execution according to plan
• Plan and manage project schedules and milestones using appropriate tools
• Supervise the planning and execution of ongoing production activities
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks and potential delays
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety (EHS), and ergonomics standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, project management, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing industries (rail, transport, aerospace, or similar)
• Proven expertise in manufacturing and engineering processes
• Proficiency with ERP and project management tools such as SAP, PLM, and MS Project
• Knowledge of AMDEC (FMECA) and QRQC methodologies
• Understanding of quality standards, EHS requirements, and ergonomics principles
• Bilingualism in French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
