Responsibilities

• Manage the fruit and vegetable department by overseeing stock levels and ensuring replenishment based on seasonality and customer needs
• Lead and manage the shelf-stocking team to ensure efficient operations
• Create attractive and innovative product displays to enhance the shopping experience
• Guarantee product quality by monitoring freshness, conservation, and strict hygiene standards
• Act as a commercial expert to provide value-added advice to customers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working in a fruit and vegetable department
• Strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to create trust and proximity with customers
