Responsibilities

• Manage stock levels and ensure seasonal supply meets customer needs
• Oversee the visual merchandising and presentation of the fruit and vegetable department to ensure an attractive and innovative display
• Lead and manage the shelf-stocking team
• Guarantee product quality by monitoring freshness, conservation, and hygiene standards
• Build trust and proximity with customers through expert advice and high-quality service

Requirements

• Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in commercial management or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Department Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail
