Responsable Fiabilité et Performance Machines

Responsibilities

• Pilot equipment performance by analyzing KPIs such as OEE/TRS, availability, defect rates, and productivity
• Identify recurring breakdowns and lead associated action plans to improve machine reliability
• Transition maintenance from a reactive to a preventive approach by deploying TPM methodologies and structuring maintenance standards
• Identify critical equipment and define specific maintenance strategies to secure machine availability
• Manage and develop a team consisting of 4 maintenance technicians and 2 technical experts
• Lead root cause analysis to identify levers for improving production processes and equipment reliability

Requirements

• At least 7 years of industrial experience in high-volume manufacturing (e.g., automotive or high-speed production)
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or equipment performance management
• Strong KPI culture with expertise in OEE/TRS, availability, and quality metrics
• Technical proficiency in automation, electricity, or mechanics to effectively challenge technical solutions
• Mastery of continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM and 8D
• Demonstrated experience in team management and project/budget oversight
• Fluent English skills for interacting with international suppliers and partners
