Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 16 people, including skill development, activity optimization, and performance evaluation
• Implement safety management protocols
• Guarantee compliance of water discharged into the natural environment
• Analyze and resolve operational anomalies in plant installations and structures
• Plan and schedule maintenance operations and emptying programs
• Coordinate with the maintenance department
• Manage budgets, supplies, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, including innovation deployment and energy savings
• Participate in the "diagnostic" on-call rotation

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Ingénieur-e)
• Confirmed experience in the sanitation industry
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills
• Autonomy and organizational skills
• Customer service orientation
