Responsable Exploitation Marché GEME et Grands Projets

Responsibilities

• Manage the exploitation of the GEME market and large-scale projects.
• Act as the primary CEMEX representative within the Group, participating in client and internal meetings and decision-making processes.
• Oversee administrative and accounting management for the GEME site, including invoicing, supplier accounting, and monitoring outstanding balances.
• Serve as the logistics manager within the group, consulting on and allocating logistical resources (fluvial and terrestrial).
• Propose organizational improvements for excavation removals to both the client and CEMEX.
• Supervise compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate all necessary CEMEX services, including road/river logistics, environmental services, and exploitation teams.
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors and develop global workload plans to anticipate site needs.

Requirements

• BAC+2 degree (BTS/DUT).
• Proven ability in transversal management and consensus-building.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional exemplary behavior.
• Excellent synthesis and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of production tools, client equipment, and construction waste/excavation.
• Foundational knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
