Responsable Event

Responsibilities

• Lead international event activities for all Maison categories, including High Jewelry, Watchmaking, and Artistic Collaborations
• Manage and develop a team of approximately ten collaborators, including Group Leaders and Project Managers
• Define activity priorities and ensure optimal resource allocation to meet the Maison's ambitions
• Guarantee the excellence and consistency of all event setups, maintaining high standards in both design and execution
• Foster fluid collaboration with internal and external partners and global markets
• Act as a strategic and operational arbitrator to ensure project success and evolve organizational methods

Requirements

• Significant experience in event direction within a high-end or luxury environment
• Proven track record of managing large-scale international events
• Strong team management and leadership experience
• High aesthetic sensitivity and a keen attention to detail
• Fluency in English and comfort working in an international setting
• Ability to lead diverse stakeholders and navigate complex organizational environments
