Responsable Equipe Autonome de Production

Responsibilities

• Manage a production team in a 2x8 shift within an Autonomous Production Unit
• Ensure the safety of teams and enforce hygiene, health, and environmental regulations
• Guarantee the quality of produced parts and manage team qualifications
• Drive production activities to meet quality, deadline, and cost commitments
• Monitor economic performance by managing workload, staffing, and planning
• Coach team routines and promote continuous improvement dynamics
• Facilitate upward and downward communication within the production perimeter
• Support individual employee development and maintain a positive social climate

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production management
• Significant experience in aeronautical part production (Machining, Fitting, or Forming)
• Strong leadership skills with an ability to federate support teams
• Autonomous, engaged, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Strong commitment to improving production unit performance
