About the Company

Pro à Pro, a subsidiary of the METRO Group, is a major player in the RHD (Out-of-Home Catering) sector. We supply catering professionals with a wide range of products including groceries, beverages, fresh products, frozen goods, and hygiene supplies.

Responsibilities

• Manage, animate, and coordinate a team of 70 people
• Guarantee productivity, optimization, and coordination of flows (reception, storage, preparation)
• Supervise stock reliability and replenishment
• Set team objectives and monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, shrinkage, absenteeism)
• Participate in budget construction and follow-up
• Propose solutions for process improvement and operational cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and equipment maintenance rules
• Coordinate site maintenance and handling equipment operations
• Act as an interface between the warehouse and other site services (transport, sales)
• Manage employee motivation, skill development, and annual interviews

Requirements

• Higher education in logistics or management
• Successful operational experience, ideally in distribution
• Proven leadership and ability to unite teams
• Strong organizational, anticipation, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with IT tools and process optimization
• Rigor and ability to maintain operational perspective
• Handling equipment driving authorization is recommended
