Responsable Drive

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Drive sector, including team planning, training, and daily supervision
• Oversee customer service by monitoring order preparation, delivery, and dispute resolution
• Analyze key performance indicators including turnover, margins, stockout rates, and preparation times
• Ensure product availability and monitor substitution rates to maintain e-commerce offer consistency
• Implement Group procedures to guarantee high-quality customer reception and relations

Requirements

• Higher education in commercial studies (Bac+2/Bac+3)
• At least 2 years of experience as a Department Manager or Assistant Manager
• Proven team management and leadership skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build client trust
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on commercial excellence
