Responsable Domaine Clientèle

Responsibilities

• Lead and mobilize a team of approximately 30 people, focusing on safety, performance, and skill development
• Participate in the company strategy as a member of the Management Committee
• Ensure excellence in customer relations and compliance with contractual commitments (quality, deadlines, and NF Service certification)
• Optimize customer processes, manage the customer database, and deploy revenue-driving levers
• Oversee field activities including compliance inspections and industrial discharge agreements
• Act as the primary interlocutor for the local authority on all customer-related matters
• Drive the technical-economic performance plan for the customer domain

Requirements

• Higher education degree (Bac+3 or Bac+5) with significant professional experience
• Proven experience managing teams of 20+ people, ideally within public service environments
• Strong skills in complex project management and data analysis
• Ability to manage high contractual requirements and interact diplomatically with public and private stakeholders
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to collective sanitation and wastewater is a plus
