Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, processes, and equipment on the dedicated perimeter
• Ensure operational compliance with prefectural decrees and client contracts
• Manage and animate key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Identify operational non-conformities and pilot corrective actions
• Plan equipment shutdowns for preventive, corrective, or curative maintenance
• Manage a team of 16 collaborators, including goal setting and annual reviews
• Implement continuous improvement and facilitate team communication
• Apply QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies

Requirements

• Master's degree or Engineering degree (Bac+4/5)
• Specialization in thermal engineering, process engineering, energy engineering, or electrotechnics
• 2 to 4 years of experience in an industrial environment (continuous process preferred)
• Knowledge of ICPE (Installations Classées pour la Protection de l'Environnement) is a plus
• Proficiency in thermal, combustion, electromechanics, and automation
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and industrial chemistry
• Experience with supervision tools and control room piloting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy recovery or incineration sectors
• Leadership and management skills
• Ability to work on-site and in the field
