Responsibilities

• Pilot a multi-site contract with high operational stakes
• Manage 3 team leaders directly
• Supervise approximately 20 itinerant technicians
• Manage the full profit center including budget, profitability, financial tracking, and KPIs
• Guarantee operational and contractual performance
• Maintain relationships with a major national client
• Arbitrate priorities and manage emergency situations
• Deploy continuous improvement action plans
• Ensure application of QHSE requirements
• Support the skill development of management teams

Requirements

• Confirmed experience in multi-site operations management, maintenance contracts, or technical services
• Experience managing team leaders or local managers
• Ability to manage an organization autonomously
• Proven ability to manage a profit center and analyze performance indicators
• Strong decision-making skills in demanding environments
• Ability to structure and lead field teams

• Experience working with major national accounts or demanding clients
• Strong leadership and management posture
• High level of organization and structuring capability
