Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate dock supervisors to ensure operational efficiency and productivity
• Adapt human and material resources to meet activity needs and budget targets
• Ensure availability of production equipment and oversee maintenance
• Manage carrier relationships and ensure compliance with procedures and commitments
• Monitor new client onboarding, handle disputes, and analyze performance reports
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across site operations
• Manage team working conditions and maintain a positive social climate

Requirements

• Proven experience managing operational teams in logistics or transport
• Strong organizational skills and initiative with high reactivity
• Solid negotiation skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency with IT tools and in-depth analytical abilities
• Leadership and communication skills to federate teams around company projects
