Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and supervise logistics activities including reception, storage, order preparation, and shipping
• Guarantee compliance with client commitments regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
• Adapt human and material resources according to activity volumes
• Define operational priorities and ensure continuity of operations
• Supervise multiple sectors and Team Leaders
• Manage, coach, and support Team Leaders and their teams
• Participate in recruitment, integration, and employee development
• Set individual and collective objectives
• Conduct annual reviews and support skill development
• Develop a culture of performance and safety

Requirements

• Bac +3 to Bac +5 in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport
• Significant experience in logistics operations management
• Proven experience managing multiple teams
• Proficiency in WMS tools, Excel, and performance indicators
