About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with contractual commitments
- Support operational teams through lean management
- Contribute to environmental and energy performance across sites
- Manage daily client relations and lead follow-up meetings
- Establish and monitor budgets
- Apply ethics and compliance rules
- Coordinate emergency interventions via management on-call duty
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Expertise in wastewater treatment
- Management experience
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to develop quality relationships with field teams and clients
- Budget management skills
- Knowledge of lean management is an asset
