Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the HR Development roadmap in alignment with Group strategic orientations
• Manage recruitment strategies for seasonal staff, apprentices, and interns
• Lead talent development initiatives including professional interviews and talent reviews
• Pilot the skills development plan and support internal mobility
• Manage and develop a Talent Acquisition Partner
• Build and monitor HR dashboards and KPIs
• Implement employer branding actions to enhance resort attractiveness
• Support managers in talent retention and team development

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Human Resources
• Proven experience in HR Development, ideally in multi-site or seasonal environments
• Strong strategic vision of HR issues
• Expertise in recruitment, talent management, and change management
• Ability to pilot cross-functional projects and federate diverse stakeholders
• Analytical skills and ability to manage by indicators

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical and financial knowledge related to training and apprenticeships (OPCO, financial aid)
• Experience in management and transverse animation
• Business Partner posture combining field proximity with global vision
