Responsable Développement Foncier

Responsibilities

• Systematic land prospecting using PLU and POS
• Conducting feasibility studies
• Negotiating with owners and managing notary follow-ups from sales promise to acquisition
• Setting up and monitoring files (building permits, soil studies, appeals)
• Managing internal and external relations (design offices, architects, etc.)
• Budget management
• Territorial monitoring, market studies, and expertise
• Representing the company to municipalities

Requirements

• Minimum BAC+5 degree (Business School, Engineering School, ESPI)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within real estate development
• Strong negotiation skills and tenacity
• Dynamic and reactive personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Mobile and available
