Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 7 people including data analysts, reporting officers, and network performance technicians
• Design and automate periodic internal and external reports
• Create interactive and intuitive dashboards
• Ensure the reliability and consistency of reporting
• Supervise deliverable production and respect deadlines
• Maintain the connected equipment fleet of the drinking water network
• Track and reduce unmetered drinking water volumes
• Create executive presentations and decision-making summaries

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school
• 5 years of professional experience in data analysis/reporting or environmental sectors
• 2 years of management experience
• Proficiency in Power BI, Qlik Sense, and advanced SQL
• Expert level Excel skills (Pivot tables, macros, Power Query)
• Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or client interfacing
• Strong pedagogical and training abilities
