Responsibilities

• Develop sales and achieve commercial objectives within the assigned sector by applying company strategy and values.
• Prescribe technical products and solutions to various professionals, including insulation specialists, roofers, carpenters, and masons.
• Manage and animate the construction material distributor network by promoting product offerings and supporting new launches.
• Build long-term commercial relationships through daily client visits (minimum 4 days per week) to provide advice and product training.
• Define commercial development opportunities and propose an annual action plan to the Regional Director.
• Conduct continuous market monitoring regarding competition and industry news, reporting findings via the group CRM.

Requirements

• Commercial or technical educational background.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
• Strong interest and knowledge in the building and construction sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
• Strong sense of responsibility, tenacity, and team spirit.
• Proven autonomy and ability to provide relevant reporting.
