About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for GE Vernova Power Conversion & Storage solutions within the SEMEA region, specifically targeting Rail and Grid Quality industries.
- Identify, manage, and close opportunities with OEMs, EPCs, and end-users.
- Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and implement effective commercial and transactional strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead contract negotiations, including terms and conditions, while managing commercial risk assessments.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide regional intelligence to the business unit.
- Collaborate with application engineers and commercial operations for technical design and contract analysis.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial experience in industrial power electronics applications.
- Deep technical knowledge of power electronics is mandatory.
- Proven track record in result-oriented sales and business development.
- Strong expertise in commercial and contract negotiation.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for frequent client visits across the SEMEA region.
