Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the technical strategy for the site under the responsibility of the Operations Director
• Oversee the performance, reliability, and safety of industrial installations
• Supervise and lead technical teams, including maintenance, engineering, reliability, methods, and warehouse
• Ensure strict application of QHSE rules and ISO standards (9001, 45001, 50001, FAMI QS, FSSC 22000, SMETA SEDEX)
• Manage the annual budget and monitor departmental expenditures
• Oversee major shutdowns and manage industrial investment projects
• Drive site digitalization and promote safety, environmental, and CSR cultures

Requirements

• Higher technical education (Engineer degree or equivalent)
• Confirmed experience in managing technical teams within an industrial environment (chemistry, process, or related sectors)
• Mastery of QHSE frameworks and various ISO standards
• Strong skills in industrial project management, maintenance, and budgetary control
• Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to drive change and federate teams
• Commitment to safety, ethics, and environmental excellence
