About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct services across the Lobby Bar, Room Service, and personalized guest amenities
- Orchestrate operational organization to ensure high-end client experiences
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP) and Palace standards
- Drive financial performance by optimizing stock management, billing, and amenity costs
- Manage and train teams to maintain operational excellence and high morale
Requirements
- Proven managerial experience (Assistant F&B Director, Head Waiter, or Room Service/Bar Manager)
- Experience in high-end hospitality or Palace establishments
- Fluency in English to interact with international clientele
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Expertise in managing VIP guest arrivals and personalized services
