About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 itinerant appliance after-sales technicians
- Conduct team meetings and individual interviews
- Supervise field interventions and provide technical support for complex cases
- Accompany technicians during client visits
- Set qualitative and quantitative objectives and monitor performance, productivity, and service quality
- Manage the intervention and repair process
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing technical teams
- Strong managerial skills including team animation and support
- Solid knowledge of the after-sales service (SAV) sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical tracking tools
- Valid driver's license (Permis B) required
- Ability to travel regularly across Occitanie and Nouvelle Aquitaine sectors
