About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 itinerant appliance after-sales technicians
  • Conduct team meetings and individual interviews
  • Supervise field interventions and provide technical support for complex cases
  • Accompany technicians during client visits
  • Set qualitative and quantitative objectives and monitor performance, productivity, and service quality
  • Manage the intervention and repair process

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing technical teams
  • Strong managerial skills including team animation and support
  • Solid knowledge of the after-sales service (SAV) sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical tracking tools
  • Valid driver's license (Permis B) required
  • Ability to travel regularly across Occitanie and Nouvelle Aquitaine sectors
