Responsibilities

• Collect donations personally while leading by example in the field
• Train, motivate, and develop a team of Donor Recruiters
• Analyze performance metrics to improve individual and collective results
• Manage unforeseen situations and maintain team cohesion
• Oversee the administrative and logistical management of the mission

Requirements

• Experience in team management or leadership
• Ability to work in a field-based fundraising environment
• Strong analytical skills for performance tracking
• Ability to manage logistics and administrative tasks
