Responsibilities

• Ensure corporate and societal compliance for IDEAL and its subsidiaries
• Support regulatory matters and supervision processes with the CNBV (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores)
• Manage compliance and reporting requirements for the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores)
• Oversee corporate legal matters to maintain regulatory standing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Lic. en Derecho), must be Titulado
• Minimum of three years of experience in corporate law
• Residency in Mexico City (CDMX)
• Ability to work 100% onsite at Corporativo Carso Palmas

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of experience working with a public issuer (emisora pública)
• Proficiency in English (not mandatory but a plus)
