Responsibilities

• Manage and pilot a cluster of two automotive maintenance sites in the Dijon area (Dijon Est Cap Nord and Dijon Sud Chenove)
• Guarantee an exceptional customer experience across all centers in your zone
• Provide leadership and support to site managers and human-sized teams
• Drive business performance by stimulating sales of products and services
• Develop and retain the customer portfolio by proposing tailored solutions
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and operational procedures

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in commerce, sales, or business management
• At least 5 years of successful operational management experience
• Experience in multi-site management is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to unite and motivate teams
• High level of customer orientation and a strong business sense
• Proficiency with digital tools and office software
