Responsable de Travaux

Responsibilities

• Manage teams and subcontractors to ensure proper execution of works
• Guarantee compliance with safety rules in coordination with the HSE manager
• Ensure quality of services performed by subcontractors
• Supervise work planning in connection with the project OPC
• Manage co-activity between different stakeholders in the group
• Participate in site meetings and monitor work progress
• Provide regular reporting on progress and difficulties encountered
• Prepare monthly attachments related to completed works

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience in works management
• Experience in the railway sector preferred
• Knowledge of SNCF standards is a strong plus
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or Tylos
• Mastery of office tools (Excel, reporting)
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and environmental procedures
