About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Santa Fe branch in Tijuana
- Oversee personnel management and provide leadership to the branch team
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence
- Ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service
- Supervise biological sample collection processes using the vacutainer method
Requirements
- Degree/Certification in Técnico Laboratorista Clínico, Lic. En Enfermería, or QFB (titulado)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient care
- Proven experience in biological sample collection (vacutainer)
- Experience in personnel management and leadership
- Proficiency in indicator management and customer service skills
