About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage financial, human, and material resources for the Salvatierra branch
- Direct branch efforts to increase sales, reach targets, and drive productivity
- Ensure operational excellence by monitoring the functions and responsibilities of all staff members under your supervision
- Oversee clinical sample collection processes and patient care standards
Requirements
- Technical or professional degree in Clinical Laboratory, Nursing, QFB, QBP, or a related field (intern or graduated)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in patient care and biological sample collection
- Practical knowledge of vacuum systems (Vacutainer)
