Responsibilities

• Perform sample collection, including difficult patient cases, and train staff on these procedures
• Coordinate customer service within the branch and provide solutions for any incidents
• Ensure the branch has all necessary tools and medical supplies in stock
• Analyze sales representative results to propose improvements and support medical visits

Requirements

• Degree or technical certification in Clinical Laboratory or Nursing (intern or graduated)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sample collection and/or supervision of sample collection teams
